Thank you for your interest
When you are studying any matter, or considering any philosophy, ask yourself only what are the facts
and what is the truth that the facts bear out. Never let yourself be diverted either by what you wish to believe, or by what you think would have beneficent social effects if it were believed. But look only, and solely, at what are the facts.
~Bertrand Russell
We are interested in the truth and
the facts.

The Putney Community Garden and Farmer's Market are facing big changes. Development of the land with a 20 foot buffer zone on the garden property, will change the face of Putney and the entrance to town.
Together we hope to shed some light on our current situation  intending to find another solution to the affordable housing issue.

Putney Community Garden

We grow food and flowers in the Putney Community Garden as an organized group of residents each renting their own plot. We also grow food for the food shelf. We began in 2010 as part of Transition Putney, a group organized around an international movement, promoting the concept of reducing the use of non-renewable fuels.
